Ministère de la Population et de la Solidarité : PROMOTION DE LA CAPITAL HUMAIN
La Ministre de la Population et de la Solidarité, Madame Aurélie Marie Augustine Razafinjato, a rencontré le personnel de son ministère pour partager un message fort sur l’importance de la solidarité et du capital humain.Lors de cette rencontre, la Ministre a rappelé que la solidarité commence au sein même du Ministère de la Population et de la Solidarité (MPS).
Elle a mis en avant que la promotion du capital humain est au cœur de l’existence de cette institution. “La concrétisation de cette valeur doit d’abord être visible au sein du ministère avant de pouvoir être étendue à l’ensemble du pays,” a-t-elle souligné.Durant cette réunion, des aides sociales ont été distribuées aux employés du ministère, illustrant l’engagement du MPS à soutenir ses personnels.
Ces aides, sous forme de fournitures scolaires et de provisions, viennent renforcer la cohésion et la solidarité au sein de l’institution.La Ministre a réaffirmé l’objectif central du MPS : restaurer la dignité humaine pour tous les bénéficiaires de soutien à travers Madagascar. Elle a également souligné l’importance pour chaque employé de jouer un rôle actif dans la réalisation de cette mission.
“Il faut des personnes, de la volonté et de l’amour pour accomplir ce travail,” a-t-elle ajouté, incitant chaque membre du ministère à démontrer l’importance de son rôle.Madame Razafinjato a également lancé un appel à l’unité pour concrétiser la vision du Président de la République, Andry Rajoelina, qui prône la promotion du capital humain. Ce projet ambitieux est porté par tous les membres du gouvernement et repose sur une synergie nationale en faveur du bien-être de la population.
Le Ministère de la Population et de la Solidarité fait face à un défi majeur : soutenir les 56 % de la population malgache vivant dans une extrême pauvreté. Pour améliorer leur niveau de vie, plusieurs actions sont prévues, notamment le déplacement de 500 ménages à Ambohimarina et Fieferamanga d’ici la fin de l’année, avec un objectif total de 2000 ménages
. D’autres initiatives similaires sont en cours à Antsapanimahazo, ainsi que dans le cadre des projets Tsimbina, Haraton’aina, Ankohonana miharina et Vatsinankohonana.
